Account Security

4.2 Prohibition on Account Transfer

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method. There is no maximum limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing.

6.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus must be used within its designated validity period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If a bonus is misused or a fraudulent attempt is made, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 VIP Program

m1bet's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on m1bet is conducted according to specific rules.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

• Confirm all bets on the confirmation screen before they are finalized.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the "Cash Out" feature is available.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is voided and the deposited amount is refunded.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and if such activity is detected, the account will be immediately cancelled.

Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 m1bet's Rights
